I’m always on the hunt for comfortable fashion. I love athleisure but it often leaves me feeling under dressed in social situations. I was looking for a comfy alternative when I saw a few people wearing harem-style pants. These type of pants and been in and out of style but seem to be making a comeback thanks to my generation’s nostalgia. I had to get my hands on a pair and after looking online and sorting through some sold-out options, I settled on these black harem knit joggers from JC Penney.
As someone who loves looking cool while actually being comfortable, this is my absolute favorite piece of clothing I’ve bought this summer. I’ve worn them every single day since I bought them, even when it was probably a little too hot. I feel like plus size people might be hesitant to try this trend because of the way they can gather around the groin or because they look different on a round belly rather than a flat one, but I’m telling you right now to take that chance!
These pants are in straight and plus sizes, in a variety of colors, and go up to 3x, which is what I’m wearing in these photos.
